Everything is top notch Breakfast is just awesome Rooms are tidy and mine on 18th floor was spacious I'm very happy they you can stay with a dog here and they rent you a bike to ride around the city for free for 5 hours 👍🏻 just ask at the reception (they have regular and electro bikes) Location is awesome - next to every possible transport type. Staff members are all very nice and helpful A huge thanks to this hotel
Top hotel in a good location (cca 20 min walking from Highline tower) fantastic breakfast and service. Rooms are very clean and spatious (great view from the room od 15th floor). There is nothing more to wish for.
I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza The HUB Warsaw from April 29 to May 4. The service was excellent - staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They were also flexible with early check-in and offered a convenient late check-out option until 17:30 for a reasonable fee. The room was warm, cozy, and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with a great variety and quality. The location is perfect - right in front of the metro, just minutes from the Old Town, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The view of Warsaw's business towers is also beautiful. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again.
Rooms are excellent - very clean, modern, comfortable and has a nice view. I also really enjoyed the hotel bar, which has a great selection and a nice vibe. However, there were a few downsides. The staff isn't always polite, and the service could definitely be more welcoming. Also, the breakfast was quite weak for a hotel of this level; the kitchen has room for improvement.
am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the security guard at this hotel. My friends and I entered the hotel briefly to use the restroom, and instead of being treated politely or at least informed calmly about the hotel policy, we were immediately kicked out. The security guard was very rude, aggressive, and behaved in an unprofessional manner. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that I am a property owner/landlord in this hotel. I would expect a basic level of respect and proper communication, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I strongly believe that such behavior damages the reputation of the hotel. I hope the management will review this incident and take appropriate measures to ensure more respectful and professional conduct from their staff in the future.
