Awesome workout schedules, signed up just over a month ago and already seeing results. Great trainers that help correct my technique. 10/10

An amazing studio and I have been to a few! Jasper and the team are putting their soul into making training a personalised experience for the members. Always there to help with the technique, suggest improvements, alternatives and push you with more weights😅. Can't wait for the sauna and the cold bath to be finished!
I never thought I would join an F45 but after my last gym closed down I was open to exploring options. They had a great intro offer and the team of trainers are awesome. Not only are they fun and cheeky but they make the effort to get to know everyone and really care about your wellbeing. There’s a good number of classes throughout the day and variety of workouts. Looking forward to the refresh and enjoying the new sauna. ☺️
From the first time I walked through the doors at F45 Bondi Junction, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the coaches and my experience has only got better from there. The workouts will suit anyone who's after total body conditioning. The workouts are challenging but they're only 45 minutes long and they change every day. Plus the atmosphere between the members is fun and motivating. Not competitive at all. The trainers are all really experienced at group training. They know how to push you but in a way that is really supportive and encouraging. Whether you're a newbie or a veteran, you'll feel at home straight away. The class schedule is another plus. With a range of class times to choose from, it's easy to fit workouts into my schedule. I highly recommend it!
