Incredible! Went here on a whim while visiting family for Thanksgiving. I've never really worked out in a gym before and I was nervous. They worked with me and slowly explained how to do everything at my own pace (slow!) While working out, the owners were so supportive and comfortable to be around. It was like they were family. Correcting in a supportive way. Will go back Everytime I visit. I wish they were in Philly!

She's encouraging and insanely knowledgeable about the human body & exercise. At $100 a month, this place is a total steal. The amount of trainer interaction is unparalleled at this price. The classes are small and personal. If you're looking for a great gym at a great price look no further.
