I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. 20+ years on and off. I don’t have anything bad to say. Nice gym. Good people. Nice seeing a bunch of same people after all these years.

The gym at this place is very nice and effective. All aspects are taken into considerations and the staff are very nice.

The gym is really nice; BUT buyer beware ~ the woman signing me up, Joann, was not forthcoming. She told me she was signing me up for month-to-month contract & I later found out it was a 12 month contract that I had to pay to get out of ~ to me, that is not a trustworthy business and I will not be supporting them in the future.
