Lemonbody - Gym in Surbiton, United Kingdom

Fun, friendly and really rewarding bootcamp workouts. I've been going to the Twickenham workouts for a few years now and regardless of ability or age, everyone is made to feel welcome and included. Felix, Sean and all the trainers are really encouraging and enthusiastic and they make the workouts engaging and varied. You end up really challenging yourself, your fitness and strength levels will noticeably improve and it's far more motivational than a gym visit! Great team spirit with a really positive attitude. Love it.

I really enjoy training with Felix and the team - my body always feels like it's had a thorough workout. I like the mixture between strength and cardio and have found training outside really refreshing. Even when it's snowing! The range of equipment Felix and trainers uses is great; including the fun, competitive team games. I have benefitted by becoming stronger, leaner and 100% more fitter. It is amazing to gain such a great feeling after each session. I would definitely recommend Lemonbody Bootcamp to anyone, at whatever level of fitness.

I've been going to LemonBody bootcamp in Kneller Gardens, Twickenham for over two years now and I can honestly say at the age of 31 I am in the best physical shape of my life. Having tried and failed at many exercise and fitness programmes over the years, my experience at LemonBody was something completely different. Felix and the trainers are fun, friendly and encouraging but also know when to push you further to achieve your goals. The members are open and welcoming and I've gone on to make some fabulous friends! I can honestly say that going on my free trial one cold, dark evening in January 2016 was one of the best things I've ever done.

After years of failed attempts to get fit at the gym I've found something that really works for me. Since joining lemonbody bootcamp my fitness levels have gone through the roof allowing me to complete a number of 10k races, half marathons and even a full marathon. The workouts are fun, varied and challenging but suitable to all levels of fitness. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and make a great effort to make the workouts so good. The participants are a great bunch and very easy to get along with. There's no gym style ego or arrogance here. I cant recommend enough.

I have been going to the Lemonbody bootcamp for about a year and half and absolutely love it! I would completely recommend it to anyone looking to get fit. All the instructors are brilliant, they always make sure the work out is good fun and that you can get as much out of it as possible. Such a lovely supportive community of regular attendees to get fit with too!
