The gym membership costs $350 per month, although they usually have promotions. I think it's a good gym because they offer classes in different exercises that are included with the membership. However, some trainers don't tend to explain things well (one does), and the worst part is the time when it's very crowded, around 6:00 pm. But other than that, I think it's fine.
It needs maintenance; it's not what it used to be. But the classes are very good: Tae Bo, spinning, Zumba, etc.
Por el precio esta bastante economico cuesta 350 y hay promociones pero las maquinas son de antaño como las caminadoras y que agunas estan descompuestas o que debas subir al ultimo piso para hacer cardio y que tengas que tener cuidado para no pegar con la eliptica a la pared por que literal golpea, ademas de que pues esta muy apretado todo y que debas subir o bajar para hacer el ejercicio que te toca sin contar que para las personas altas se llegana pegar en la escalera cuando bajas al ultimo piso, tambien de que te dicen una informacion y luego otra como cuando pregunte por el nutriologo me dijeron primero que era por mes y luego me dijeron que era por semana. El sauna tiene horario asi que nunca lo e podido disfrutar Supongo que el muro de escalar no se usa por que esta polvoriento y en la estadia que estado no e visto movimiento, tambien las biciletas son antiguas e incomodas, los espejos d elos vetsidores les falta limpieza estan manchados y como que se oxidaron o algo asi por que tienen algo donde deberia reflejar. Al menos el entrenador que me toco es amable y atento y te explica bien y te observa y te corrige
The gym is small and it's super packed in the early morning and late at night. The equipment is old which is ok if you are weight training but the running equipment is very old, deteriorated and can cause an injury because it stops abruptly. I paid a full year here but will look for another gym once my membership expires.
