I started Reformer Pilates for back pain caused by office work. It has been much more effective than I expected. The classes are disciplined, flow-planned, and just the right amount of challenge. You can clearly feel the difference in both strength and flexibility in a short time. The studio is clean and tidy. It's a place that really does its job well, I recommend it.

Through this, I had the opportunity to work with my instructor, Çiğdem. Her knowledge and experience of the body are so good; it made me very happy. She's so attentive to all of you; I'm so glad I'm going. My body has truly recovered.

Wonderful, comfortable studio. Trainer Nurhak is a professional in his field! Attentive, caring, you can trust her with your sore back. Absolute individual approach, and very diverse classes. It's a pity that I left, I will miss our classes very much!
