It's a nice pool ... don't me wrong on here, but I do have few gripes I dont like the shared changing room idea ..might just be me but hey ... I also hate that the sauna is on the side of the pool snd people come straight out of the sauna and straight into the pool .. sit by the steps sweating while the little kids are in the pool .. as obvs it's the shallow end . I think is horrible. You should have them away from the pool or a special dunk pool ..if it's a kids session and you don't have kids ... you shouldn't be in the pool ..this again might just be me

I've just had a very interesting conversation with the Leisure Centre Manager at Chadderton Well-being Centre. Stuart Parry approached me in the gym and waved his hand, gesturing me to approach him. As I walked towards him he exited the gym and spoke to me in the corridor outside the gym. I found Stuart's approach, demeanour and conversation to be aggressive and unprofessional. I attempted to find another member of staff to bare witness to his conduct but was unable to find a senior member of the team. When asked if I could speak to a senior member of staff Stuart responded, "I am the big boss". Stuart continued to tell me that I am not allowed in the centre. Upon challenging his statement, Stuart said "I've heard a lot about you and you should not be in here". On further challenge of his statement and requesting him to confirm what he was saying as a representative of the community centre to me as a member of the public and community he added "with this pass". After we established that the pass was invalid, I asked whether he would like me to pay for my visit to the centre today on my way out. Steven continued to communicate in an aggressive and condescending manner and then began with threatening language. After his threating statement of "if I catch you using a pass again..." I interjected and said that I would like to continue the conversation with members of staff to witness as I found his demeanour to demonstrate imminent danger to myself. As I approached Stuart at reception he continued to abruptly interrupt me and conduct himself in an unprofessional manner witnessed by Kyle the customer service manager and other members of the team and public. I would like to raise a formal complaint about Stuart Parry's professional conduct. I would like to request a response to this issue soon.
