I love it at CrossFit Lumberton! Such a fun and welcoming environment. It doesn't matter how in shape or out of shape you are, they'll welcome you into their family and help change your life.

Member for about 6 months there. Workouts are challenging and get your heart rate pumping. As far as the gym atmosphere: high school. People already have their groups and if you are not a"who's who" you will not be spoken to. At class I got spoken to (other than coaches) about once, sometimes twice, sometimes not at all. Newbies are not always welcome and often quit. That's why I gave up on this box and switched. 1st day at my new box and everyone introduced themselves and continues to speaks to me everyday!! Now i get a GREAT workout and feel accepted.
