If you prefer free weights and heavy lifting like me over small basic hotel gyms I highly recommend. I was turned away by a few local gyms assuming because I'm a woman since there were only men. I tried this place and they were super friendly I felt really comfortable. Took 5 min to register with a US drivers license, it was $20 euros for a day pass which as long as I get a good workout and free weights I'm all for it. Locker was included and It was slightly crowded but machines opened up fast I didn't have to wait at all plus there were 3 squat racks. I enjoyed this gym good vibes I will be back when visiting Verona, thank you! :)
