Εξαιρετικός χώρος. Εκεί έγινε η πρώτη γνωριμία με τη καλλισθενική. Εκτός από καλλισθενική υπάρχει και η επιλογή του CrossFit. Κάθε μέρα έχει μαθήματα και για τα δύο είδη προπόνησης. Πάνος και Ανδρέας είναι αμφότεροι, εξαιρετικοί προπονητές. Νομίζω αξίζει ένα δοκιμαστικό (είναι δωρεάν)
After an intervention and while I informed them about my history, the exercises were not even suitable for me. They market you semi-personal and they mean that you learn the exercise program and do it alone each time with the group. No my friend! I am not paying you to do it alone and make mistakes but to direct me. This is personal. If that were the case I would go to another one for 60€/year. I left before my monthly subscription even ended. Plus they spoke as if they misunderstood that you were asking them and IRONICALLY.
