Rude security guard please fired him..do you guys just hired someone before giving them a proper training? This is ridiculous, I've seen this security guard yelling at customers multiple times and that pisses me off. Yesterday he even tried to cause a scene with a customer. He said"ingat dia gangster kah?" When the customer shouted back because the security guard shouted at him first for waiting outside but they didn't even blocking the traffic they just stopped for a few seconds before the guard shouted at them. After he said that "ingat dia gangster kah?" He went to chase after the customer because they're stuck at the roundabout to exit the mall. Like is it necessary for you to cause a scene? Can't you just talk nicely to customer? Who do you think you are? You're just a security guard not some orang besar lol you do not have the right to yell at people. Where is your manner? Do you not have parents to teach you about manners? It really pisses me off that you guys hired such a person for a job that's supposed to make people feel safe—instead he made people feel unsafe because of his attitude. I hope you guys hire a better person l or I'll just pray that he got his karma soon. You think you're fierce is it and everyone should scared of you?
