Great gym. Excellent staff. The instructors are all encouraging. I love the variety of classes offered. The workouts are hard but fun. This will be one of the things I will miss the most when I have to leave Oz.

FitSistas is different to other Pole Studios, the atmosphere is very supportive, all abilities are made to feel special. I don't feel awkward or uncomfortable at all and just love going every week. FitSistas has a variety of instructors and so many classes to choose from. If I feel like boosting my cardio one week I can go to heaps of different classes. I love the unlimited pass this year. It's such a non-competitive environment which I love. Thanks Fitsistas - you rock Canberra.
