Excellent! They have a great variety of items. I've been buying from them for a long time, although I've only been back twice recently. The service is very good; they're sports enthusiasts and professionals in their field. It's wonderful to have a store that helps people get active and participate in sports! I prefer to see the items I'm going to buy in person. Sometimes, you buy things on Mercado Libre that don't meet your expectations.

I placed four wholesale orders, and every single one had errors, and it's as if the customer is solely to blame. The responses are always the same, and there's a delay of over a month in receiving the items. They don't care about the customer; if they checked the order history or the comments left when placing the order, this wouldn't happen. Once, there was a price discrepancy, and they did absolutely nothing, instead of acknowledging the error and at least offering a complimentary pair of socks or a proper apology. Don't buy from their website if you're outside the city; you'll waste both money and time.

Everything was wrong. The quality was terrible. The Olmo treadmill, which cost 450,000, arrived broken from the factory. They refused to honor the warranty after a year, and I've had two stationary bikes that keep breaking down. The treadmill was sold to me as being for professional use, but it's not. I contacted Olmo Argentina and they confirmed it's for home use. The control panel broke after only a few months. Athletic told me there were no replacement parts, but just today, as I'm writing this, I called Olmo Argentina and they told me they have all kinds of replacement parts for this model. I don't recommend them.
