I’ve been coming here off and on for about 10 years. I have nothing but good experiences, memories and things to say about the owner Cindy and the team. If you like a low stress environment, a sauna and pool, yoga and group glasses come to CFC. You won’t regret it.
I was there today for first time and I fall in love. The facility is clean and organized, they have everything you need in order to have a successful workout. They are military friendly and I can say the manager and the staff are kind and energetic as soon as you enter they start motivate and they are always checking on you. The parking lot is good too and the sauna and steam room are great. Please come and visit make this your gym you will not regret it.
I haven't been excersizing as I should in the last eight years so that pretty much landed me in the beginner stage of fitness. I'm trying to get my act together not only to lose weight but to improve my back issues. The staff here are caring, knowledgeable as well as helpful in any stage of fitness you're in. There's no pretentious vibes in this place and the people who go here are friendly and a diverse community that are there for the same reasons and that is taking care of their bodies. I had a rough go in yoga class as I'm a beginner that picked a class a little to advanced for me. They recognized my struggles and helped me pick classes that are right for me at this moment. No shame but encouragement is all I received today. Going here is going to help me accomplish my goals of getting more fit and getting my mobility to be better. You will not regret coming here. It's clean, the pool, whirlpool, everything is so nice. I will recommend this place to anyone!
This fitness center is top quality, great customer service and the facility is squeaky clean. I am pleased with the steam rooms, saunas and and whirlpools . The equipment is top notch and the pool is great for swimming laps or for walking. The staff is outstanding and the center offers a wide range of group fitness. I personally like the water aerobics classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful and the class participants are all friendly. Great place where all fitness levels are welcome.
Great place to get a pump, hit some cardio, and then hop in the sauna shortly after. The pool is a decent size and water was very clean. If you're ever nervous to work out due to people looking at you, this is the place to go. Very underrated, if I could give it 6 out of 5 stars I would. Thank you.
