Kinetic Pilates Studio organised the best Pilates sessions I had till now. Just book your Pilates experience with the superb instructor Rita and you will sweat, laugh, and leave feeling much better. Very professional approach and you can be sure to receive her full attention. Rita has an impressive physio / anatomy knowledge and enthusiasm which is contagious, also she can perfectly translate it into personally tailored exercises. She helped me with my long-standing back problem and after some regular sessions I can say I enjoyed the progresses and learnt a lot. This Studio is very clean and the equipment almost brand new. You can book private or duet sessions for 2 people of similar experience or level. Highly recommended.
