I been coming here about 8 months and I highly recommend. Its Spacious , people are considerate and respectful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The monthly and yearly price is unbelievable .Come see what you pay for weight training , treadmills Classes , trainers , saunas, child care.

Seriously, the best gym I’ve ever been to! Starting with Staff! They’re are all amazing, they’re all sweet and down to earth! Mamas with kiddos! I must bow down to the most awesome gym day care ever! We have two little girls 9 months and 4 y.o, I come here and I don’t worry about my babies! Everyone we have encounter in the day care itself are sweet! We love Ms. Kathy, she is the best with babies! You can just tell they love kids! We are so appreciative and grateful for the love and care they give our babies when my husband and I workout!

I love this gym and everyone that works there. They have made me feel welcome from day one and are genuinely nice people. I truly look forward to seeing them every day. The kidzone is AMAZING. My 2 year old daughter has never had a sitter and literally asks to go to the "shim" and cries when it's time to go home. Everything is clean and well kept, and there is a ton of equipment. I like that there is a private room for women only to work out in if I want. Prices are very reasonable. I am always telling people how great my experience has been so far.

This company has shady business practices. You’ll get charged 2 annual fees if you only go there for a year. They pass you off to an agency to handle payments, etc. Plus the gym and classes are overcrowded, and the treadmills are rusty on the handles and some don’t work. Definitely don’t recommend.
