The new place to train on the island! Big thanks to Rony and Suzy for creating such an awesome space. I joined with the Foundation Membership, so I can use the Strength floor whenever I want and take one group class a week in the Skill Studio upstairs. I love that I can choose what I feel like doing: yoga, sculpt, calisthenics, or functional circuit, etc... The atmosphere is great, the community is welcoming, and training is always fun. Rony and Suzy are amazing coaches. They're passionate about movement, pay attention to the little details, and really want to help everyone improve. Definitely recommend!

The only gym that has kept me consistent on my wellness journey. I get so excited to wake up and go to my morning classes. It’s never boring because there are a great variety of classes along the spectrum of strength and mobility training. My mind, body and spirit thank me for making the switch to RYU. If you are considering enhancing your journey toward holistic well-being, I would highly highly highly recommend joining RYU!

By far the best training club I’ve ever been to! This place is more than just a gym, it’s a community. We all motivate each other to be the best version of ourselves we can be, and it keeps you coming back week after week. The difference here is really our coach - Ron. He is one of a kind, always guiding his students with patience, ease, & passion at every level of their fitness journey. From the first day I started at Ryu, I always felt comfortable and seen. It keeps me coming back every time. Suzy is also a fantastic instructor, and I’m so excited she now has a home studio here. It is truly the best of both worlds! If you’re new to your fitness journey, or looking to start something new surrounded by great people, this is the place to be!

The greatest part about Ryu isn't the working out part, its the unity in movement, strength and flow. Besides the space possibilities, equipment and exercises, the group sessions are amazing and led by Ron, an excellent trainer. He is professional, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping people improve. He explains exercises clearly, pays attention to proper form, and knows how to push you in a positive way without making you feel uncomfortable. His sessions are well-structured, energetic, and encouraging. I highly recommend Ryu to anyone looking for a gym eager to return to with such a supportive trainer and community.

I've been training with Ron at Ryu since Oct 2023 and honestly I think the only way I wouldn't would be if I had to move off island. Ron has this natural ability to make everyone feel included, encouraged and comfortable before, during and even after training. His attention to one's form is unmatched. It's clear that his number one priority is safety, which I think anyone would sincerely appreciate. I strongly recommend this gym for anyone looking to start training of any age. Whether it's to look good, feel good, or to just have a safe space to move your body, this is the place.
