Great gym, good range of equipment! Always clean and tidy. The gym has a great sense of community and the energy and vibes are on point! They specialise in combat classes and I have tried them all. The coaching is top level! If you are a beginner or advanced you get given the time to get the most out of each session! Highly recommend.
Great gym at The Unit, very close to the school. Convenient location and a good place to work out. My boys also love the kickboxing lessons.

Proper fighters’ atmosphere, serious training, but still welcoming whether you’re a beginner or seasoned. The coaches push you hard but make sure your technique is sharp. You leave drenched, humbled, and feeling like you could headline at Wembley. But what really stood out? The front desk. Absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family, super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
