Good gym to workout in. Plenty of equipment and excellent trainers. Especially Lane and Nick, well educated and fit trainers. Bonus points to Lane for not taking excuses.

Unmatched personal training. I generally don't take advantage of any "free" personal training offered when you sign up at a new gym because I did so once (at another location) and was very unimpressed. The trainers at Gold's in Bryan really know their stuff. I was impressed that Nick and Lane knew so much about different muscles in the body, how certain injuries are caused and how to prevent them. All of their personal training clients also receive coaching around nutrition and a 30 day guide. I've trained with Lane for a month now and I'm really glad I did because he changed my negative stereotype about personal trainers and helped me reach my goals.
