Barre East has been a wonderful experience since my first class. Everyone from the instructors to the ladies that take the classes are welcoming. I've tried Barre classes at other places but feel these are more laid back and place you can truely feel comfortable getting a great workout. I've seen great results and would highly recommend!!

I started at the studio two years ago and haven’t left since! Every class is a new and fun experience, mixed with great music and friendly, no-pressure atmosphere. Love me some barre east!

The studio becomes your family just after one class! There is a variety of classes from balance, cardio, to gentle so you are able to do what your body allows. Even if you can not do a certain part of the class the instructors (who are awesome!) help work with what is best for your body. Everyone who goes is truly so nice and there is no judgement nor competitiveness! Highly recommend this studio!

Love this place! The instructors are all so great and very welcoming. You will notice results after only a few classes! Can’t say enough good things about Barre East!
