I was skeptical since I had tried everything in the fad diet world. I was nervous about working out in front of other people and whether or not I could do the work. After 2 weeks I find my jeans fitting more loose, I have new friends that have the same struggles and I have self confidence again!

I was there when Joby first opened his gym and found him very knowledgeable and motivating. The growth of Joby's gym is a testament to his hard work and commitment to his members. If you are willing to do the hard work Joby and his coaches are great choice to keep you safe while training and to keep you educated about nutrition. Joby is honest they have you an hour a day what we do with the other 23 is on us.
