I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall, my experience was great. The room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the calm atmosphere-it was a perfect place to relax. One thing to note: the windows in the rooms cannot be opened, so there's no option for fresh air, only air conditioning. At first, this concerned me and I even considered changing hotels for my second night, but in the end, I was comfortable and decided to stay. The location was ideal for me, as I didn't need to visit the center of Warsaw. It's a quiet area, which suited my needs perfectly. Hotel parking is paid, but I was always able to find free parking within about 100 meters of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent-everything was tasty and fresh. The cost of the rooms was fair and matched the quality of the stay. Overall, my stay was very good, with just a few minor concerns.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall it was fine, but there are a few things that could be improved. The reception staff could definitely be a bit friendlier and more welcoming - it felt like I was bothering them just by checking in. I also clearly asked for a room with breakfast included, but it wasn't arranged properly, which was disappointing. Another thing - for a two-night stay, I expected at least a quick check from housekeeping to see if I had enough toilet paper or if anything needed restocking, but no one came by. It's the little things that make a big difference.

Very far away from any restaurants and the city. You will have to uber. The young man at the reception was incredibly rude and dismissive. Any question or request was met with an awful attitude. The room had little bugs too. Wouldn't come back here.

This review is written by a person who sleeps in hotels 5-6 days a week, close to 300 nights annually, this was the most unfriendly , arrogant receptionist I have ever met, with no service mind at all. I arrive at the counter, he don't say hi or anything (fine it's not mandatory)... So I say hi sir I am here to check in, he asks do you want breakfast tomorrow, I said I will decide tomorrow morning : he says with great irritation yes or no !!? I asked about the parking, what the hourly rate is: he responds abruptly its same 1 hour or the whole day is 55 zloty it's not negotiable. But the price list says 5 zloty per hour. Fine i paid, I don't want to discuss over pennies. Then he reply that breakfast or parking is not negotiable. In all his rudeness and arrogant behaviour he finally give me the card to the room without a single word. I go to the elevator in front of the reception but he shouts: it's next building!! I reply: you could have said so. Worst hotell experience so far, I would not come here for free even if the place is quite nice, the behaviour was unacceptable.

In the photos when booking the hotel the show big nice beds with two pillows on each bed but when you walk into the hotel there is one pillow on the bed and it cost $20 for an extra pillow!!! Stained carpet like a dungeon When I told him I'm leaving the hotel because I'm not going to pay $40 for two more pillows for me and my wife he told me I have to pay parking although I was just parked there a few minutes and I didn't continue with the reservation after arguing he said my parking ticket will let me out for free but of course that was not the case and I had leave the parking lot together with another car
