This is truly the best day spa in Canberra. The quality is in everything they do. Fantastic way to relax, make sure you allow time to enjoy all the facilities

I got a voucher for Christmas last year, booked 4 months in advance to use the voucher only to find out on the day that the spa/ pool area was closed. So I did not get to enjoy the full day spa experience, and there was absolutely no compensation for not getting the full service. I didn't even have the option to cancel and rebook. I found this frustrating. Positives: staff were lovely. My pregnancy massage and body scrub was wonderful and I really enjoyed it. The seating area following treatments was lovely and clean. I would have loved to have been able to spend more time there.

Not accepting cash 'because of covid'. Nothing on the website about this so after dragging myself across town, they told me at the counter. Useless communication and garbage excuse.
