I wouldn’t be where I am physically and mentally if I didn’t come to Elite. I’ve been coming to Elite for almost 4 years (starting with 1:1 personal training and then group classes) and I don’t see myself training anywhere else. The coaching team is nice and knowledgeable, and they know ways to modify your workouts to accommodate for injuries, surgeries, fitness level, etc. I’ve also learned most of what I know about nutrition, macros, and diet from Elite. It’s like the gym version of Cheers where everyone knows your name (and no booze). I highly recommend this place!
We have worked with Elite for over a year, from workouts, planning events, to personally coming to them for an InBody scan, John and his amazing staff of trainers have been so great to work with!!! We appreciate being one of their neighbors and always love referring our clients here!
John is an awesome trainer! He and his interns understand that all clients are not at the same fitness level. John designs individualized programs that allow clients to work at their own pace to meet their goals. You don't feel the pressure if another client works out faster than you do. John and the interns are very friendly and take a personal interest in your success. To top it all off, the equipment is all new and the gym is so clean!!! :)
Super clean facility! John and his interns make you feel super comfortable right from the start. They teach and challenge you to achieve your best! I had never been to a gym before so I was nervous and scared to start the program but everyone including the other members really helped me feel confident and motivated. Totally will recommend to others!
