I took two classes at Pole and More during my holidays in Warsaw and absolutely loved it. The studio is beautiful and cosy, the poles are high, and everyone is lovely. I took classes with Hanna and Ola both were very welcoming and helped me a lot 😊 They were so sweet, and it was a pleasure learning from them 🫶🏼

I love this studio so much! I go for spinning pole classes and stretching and I can say with my whole chest that Pole and More is my happy place. The soft lighting and minimalist design is perfect. I love my classes with Monika Sztandera and try to get classes with Monika Wojchiewoska whenever I can. The only disadvantage is it's quite far from my home. So,Zuzanna if you decide to open another studio, there are a few spaces to rent near my home 😄 I can't recommend this amazing place enough❤️

Everything about this studio is 5 stars 🙌🏽 The level here is top, instructors are elite and internationally recognized in the pole world. There's all king of classes- choreo (heels), pole tricks, flexibility and more! Beautiful installations (high ceiling, top quality poles, excellent dancing floors, dressing/locker room, chill area, etc) Simply the best studio I've ever been to!

I am working on leg and lower lumbar stretching. Hanna's class is active stretching which is what I thinking was missing. Pretty reliably effective yet not too harsh to cause injuries.

I can't find a good studio in Warsaw for exotic pole and I really miss my old pole studio in Copenhagen a lot. I thought "pole and more" was the best studio in Warsaw so I'm actually a bit disappointed - it's good, spacious and clean but something is definitely missing. You can't get an unlimited membership. There are no show nights. Workshops occur very rarely. There's literally no difference between "pole dance" and "pole dance spin" it's just whether the pole is spinning or static which I found to be sooo anticlimactic. And pole fitness alone is very nice but it gets boring - there are not enough exotic classes. "Exotic hard" is amazing but ALWAYS fully booked. I feel like they are not sexy enough - too many inhibitions. Maybe they skipped the sexy part because they are scared of looking like strippers so they lose a lot of the magic, spice and sensuality that people come for. "Acropole" and "functional pole workout" sounds extremely dry. It's very elegant here but also uptight and boring. I don't feel inspired here, but besides that everything is great! 4 stars. Update: That is not what I meant by shownights/show evenings. Show evenings exist for the students of the pole studio to show off their skills and gain experience in performing in front of an audience and create their own choreographies and costumes individually or in groups. The performances are for friends, boyfriends, fellow pole dancers and there is a ticket sale. Moreover it is an event where pole dancers can talk/network/get to know each other better which creates a pole community.
