The gym seems small but is actually fully stacked with all the necessary equipment. There are 2 separate rooms for planned, scheduled activities (such as yoga, Pilates, body balance, etc. ) and one open HIIT area - cicuit. The best part, though, is that it overlooks the swimmingpool, which is amazing and to which all members have access. There is a small warm swimminpool for children and relaxed adults.

I got robbed: they broke the lock on my locker and stole my personal items. This gym is not safe! I went there today around 11AM for the first time, it was a nice big gym, with AC, and only 10 people training, everyone looking nice and normal. After 2 hours after training, I found that my locker was broken into. I understand and am aware that people steal in Barcelona, but I did not expect that you can also get robbed in a nice fitness studio. When I told the receptionist, she said "I am sorry but there is nothing I can do". She didn't ask me any other questions, nor what time I arrived, didn't say they will check cameras of people leaving in the last 2 hours. It was either a gym member or maybe even an employee.

Terrible customer service. Discounts are valid only for 4 days and you're expected to go into a gym in person to find out more. Train your teams, learn how to do sales, and teach people how to talk to potential customers on the phone.

Check your bank statement...they keep charging you long after you cancel. We cancelled our membership last April. No problems for a few months, and then September 1st we see a withdrawal for three months membership fees -what!!?
