Was visiting town & needed a gym for a week. Visited two other local gyms but found them too crowded & people waiting to use the heavy weights. The gentleman who owns the gym was very helpful.

This place is like a second home to me. I polish my skills with the best of the best. Learning how to properly use equipment is fun, and helps build my experience using technology to my advantage. This is a great place.

Great gym with a high energy/hardcore vibe that is still inviting. Owner is very friendly and helpful. This place has a lot of character with a great local, neighborhood feel unlike most of the stale chain gyms where members are nothing but a number. The gym is somewhat cramped because of the amount of equipment, but it's still easy to navigate. I love that there are two huge posters of Arnold and Lou Ferrigno -- a great throwback to the golden era of bodybuilding. I am glad I found Solo Fitness!
