Chris was professional and very welcoming. His gym is equipped with all tools a boxer needs to get a great workout in. I was traveling on holiday and found his gym off a google search, so you never know what to expect. Thankfully, him and his gym MORE than met my needs. I will visit the gym each time I'm back in stl and training for a fight so I don't miss out on my workouts. He is very knowledgeable about boxing and is a good coach!

I've known Chris for many years, and I have never seen such a dedicated boxing coach. He puts heart and soul into his job, and he never gets tired trying to make you a boxer. If you are serious about learning some boxing skills in shortest period of time and without breaking your bank account, Chris Eppley is your guy.

This gym is extremely welcoming to everyone from all walks of life. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, which makes the experience that much better. Each lesson is both challenging and fun so I try to swing by after work twice a week. I recommend everyone try a boxing lesson or workout class at least once, you'll never look back!
