Great gym! I am visiting from out of town and joined for three months. Signing up was extremely easy. Karla at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
As we travel to different areas of Mexico City a month at a time we always join a gym. Our current gym is Egos and it is a fun place to work out. The staff is very friendly, the clients are polite and friendly and there are many machines and dumb bells ( my favorite ) to utilize. I rarely have to wait to use anything I want and, if I do, people have always invited me to work in if I want. I highly recommend this gym and their prices are very fair.
I bought a protein shake from their cafe and the cook used tap water. I was sick for a week. Although there is someone constantly at front desk, she never answers the phone, so it’s impossible to get ahold of them. The manager I spoke to about my concerns told me I had the wrong number. I received their name and number directly from their Instagram page. Good luck trying to receive a refund.
