I love everything about this lifetime fitness. I took my daughter there from the time she was a few months old up until we recently moved to another city and the women there were so great with her! They have like 10 squat racks so I rarely had to wait to get a workout in. The cafe to work was such a nice addition. Sometimes I go up there just to work and have a latte. You truly know the quality of a gym by how they treat you when you cancel your membership. I recently moved and had to cancel, and it was as simple as making a phone call. I am really gonna miss working out here! I hope they put a lifetime fitness in Bishop Arts!!

This location was not as bad as some reviews made it. Definitely not a traditional LifeTime layout with some amenities missing, but for the most part, the facility was very clean and I appreciated towels being readily available on the treadmills as well as in the locker room under the hair dryers. Team members were very nice and welcoming. Was in town and staying nearby and visited this location both Saturday and Sunday in the early morning and left before 10am. It was not busy, minus the basketball court, but can tell as I left that it was getting there. Provided pictures on how to find/get to the elevators in the connecting parking garage and the facility is located on the 7th floor. I am not sure how the parking situation and pricing goes as my stay was in walking distance. Overall, a nice, clean location, near shopping and dining, and like many LifeTime locations, accessible from the highway. Would not mind visiting again if in the area.

Im a member of a LifeTime in a different city and thought id stop by this one while in Dallas. You can definitely tell this is an older facility with limited space. Had no pickleball, no steam room..i dont think it had a pool either. The sauna is small and cramped. And half of the basketball court is filled with extra gym equipment, lol. I thought for sure the membership here would be lower compared to mine and was absolutely stunned to read people are paying over $200 😳. Which is MORE than what I pay at a new facility with every possible amenity! Why!? For the love Pete, I dont get it.

Did an Active Metabolic Assessment here twice...a few years apart. The first time went fine and I had a good experience. This time , two weeks ago, I had so many issues. My appointment had to be abruptly rescheduled at the last minute and a time that we agreed to over text ended up having to be later. Before and after the test, there were major technical issues with their new assessment system which caused me to stand there and waste time while they tried to figure out what was going on. Felt like being a "beta" tester. Then I got the report, which was wildly inaccurate. It showed my VO2 max had gone DOWN considerably despite having done years of training since my first test. Other metrics, such as my heart rate zones, were obviously off. As a distance runner, these numbers are important as they guide my training and my coach's plan. Disappointing considering the rest of this club is actually pretty good.

Absolute theft and a total nightmare. Do not trust this club with your credit card or bank information. I was a loyal, premium member of Life Time for years and treated this club with respect. But the moment you decide to leave, they treat you like garbage and actively steal from you. On May 8, 2025, I walked into the Highland Park location and hand-delivered a physical cancellation letter. I immediately received a system email from them confirming my cancellation and explicitly stating my membership was paid for and active until May 31, 2025. Instead of honoring their own contract, they immediately revoked my access and locked me out of the gym for the rest of the month I had already paid for. It gets worse. For an ENTIRE YEAR after they formally cancelled my membership, Life Time continued to hit my credit card with random, unauthorized charges every single month. A multi-billion-dollar corporate entity has been ghost-billing a former loyal member for 12 months straight, forcing me to get credit card companies and corporate disputes involved just to make the unauthorized charges stop. The sales staff and management are predatory. They don't care about "healthy ways of life" - they care about draining your bank account even when you don't belong to the club anymore. If you must join, pay with a burner card, because they will absolutely rob you the second you try to cancel. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from a gym that pretends to be a high-end luxury brand.
