I cannot get enough of this place, and wish I would have discovered it sooner! Their classes are amazing, and well worth the membership price. They have a kids room for all of the strength training classes (not monitored, but you can see in it during the workout to keep an eye on your kids) and are super family friendly. Every single trainer is awesome here, and all of the classes as well as open gym access are included in your membership, including the hot yoga, spin, etc... This gym has a great community of people at all different skill levels. Get the MINDBODY app and add this gym, you can drop in to any class on the schedule and try them out!
I dropped in this week and had an excellent experience in a nice facility. Not your typical industrial park setting, running with a water view and breeze, was nice. Hitch Hiker Coffee was a plus across the street.
Northstar fitness is a great place to enjoy a variety of workouts. Their classes are fun, challenging, energetic and provide a full body workout. All the instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and personable. It is totally worth it to drive 45 minutes one way for the classes and this facility. If you have been thinking about starting your fitness journey, check this place out! You will not be disappointed and they will help you begin and grow in your journey.
North Star fitness has been a game changer for myself and my husband. I started 6 months ago with zero fitness ability and have watched myself make great progress on my fitness journey thanks to wonderful coaching and programming and the opportunity to try all kinds of class options with the unlimited pass. The facilities are awesome and clean, coaches wonderful, and not once have I ever felt judged or uncomfortable for my fitness ability. There is always someone encouraging you along the way!
I love Northstar Fitness! They have a variety of different classes, all of which I have enjoyed. Everyone there is very helpful, and want to help you with your journey in being the best you! All the coaches are fantastic too! They make you want to workout and they make it hard, yet enjoyable.
