FitBody U offers a solid variety of equipment, with different options and variations—not just rows of treadmills like some other places. Membership and personal training rates are the best in the area. Owner Mike runs the place with a no-nonsense attitude and simply expects respect for the space, which keeps the environment focused. The gym is well-maintained, and Mike stays on top of keeping the layout updated and refreshed. Highly recommend if you're serious about your fitness without the fluff.
