I was pretty scared of crossfit when I started. Now, I look forward to the days I will be back in the gym. Marcus and Shennell have made me feel comfortable and been amazing in teaching me every step of the way. It is an uplifting atmosphere where everyone wants to be there. There are people in every step of the crossfit journey, which makes it much more comfortable and less intimidating. The changes I have experienced mentally and physically along with the confidence I have gained has truly made becoming a member of this gym one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself.

I absolutely love this place and it is a place i would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. This place has exceeded expectations, and I LOVED going there. The instructors are awesome! They try and engage you so that you feel comfortable while working out. I was apprehensive about trying crossfit since I never had any in the past. Each class was new and challenging. If you are looking for a place to have fun and get fit, look no farther. This is it! I would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!

If you are looking for a fun, friendly/family like environment to better your health and wellness, Crossfit Knuckleheads is the place for you!!! No matter your fitness level. They have great coaches that scale the workouts so that everyone can participate and benefit from the them. If you are looking to make a positive change in your life...come be a Knucklehead!
