F45 has truly changed my life coming from someone who had Zero self confidence and self worth (even hated her own smile!) and never really stepped foot or committed to more then a month at a commercial gym before (mainly only using the treadmill). Just over a year later I'm still there, F45 has completed flipped my life around and I cannot picture myself without it! from the people to the vibes of this place F45 Hutt City is truly something you can't miss out on.
Awesome workouts as always, trainers and coaches will guide you through and through. A very welcoming atmosphere not just by the coaches but also by members. The guidance you'll get is not only inside the gym but also outside as coaches are there available to answer your question 24/7 almost. I love that after 10 classes I can feel that my mood and energy improve. Just can't forget they also use the best music when doing workouts. As music helps me to finished every workout this is a plus!
Absolutely blown away by the experience at this F45 while traveling! The trainers' energy was through the roof, making every session super motivating. The warm and welcoming atmosphere from the people there was incredible. If you're considering trying out F45, I wholeheartedly recommend this location for an amazing workout and a fantastic time. I travel for work and have been to many f45 locations and this one is by far the best I have been too.
