great gym - incredibly clean. The other members are friendly and the equipment is kept up well!
Excellent facility because their staff is friendly and personable. It's perfectly clean. Always upbeat music and TV and machines are top notch. It's open 24 hours to members. It's the best gym ever!
I usually go to this gym twice a week and sometimes more. The owner always makes an effort to greet me at the door no matter what. The equipment is excellent quality and most importantly this is one of the cleanest gym's I have ever experienced. The owner and staff work hard to keep it that way. I asked the owner one time for some instruction on a piece of equipment and he dropped everything and explained to me in great detail how to perform a specific exercise. More business owners should take note, active owner involvement makes a big difference.
I like being able to come and go whether early morning, or late at night. It has the basics to stay fit. The facility and its equipment are great quality and kept clean. There are 3 private restrooms with showers and open shelves to store your personal items in. A bonus for this place is that it is rarely crowded and allows you to complete a great workout.
Wished they had some spinning bikes
