I cannot recommend Jeanique Pilates Studio enough. I've been taking classes with Jeanique for almost 2 years, initially while I was going through very difficult medical issues and needed careful support with posture, breathing and overall strength. From the very first lesson, I always left her class feeling more positive, energised and stronger. Jeanique is a passionate and knowledgeable teacher. She uses great analogies to help us perfect movements and adapts to each of our needs and limitations. I truly feel that she genuinely supports her clients and celebrates their progress. During small group classes, she is always attentive and creates a supportive environment that gives you the confidence to push yourself that little bit further each time. I am so grateful to be part of this supportive, empowering studio.

Joining Janique Pilates classes was one of the best decisions I made since I moved to Dubai. In almost one year I overcame mobility issues and increased body control and strength. Janique is an amazing teacher able to understand and address your problems in order to achieve incredible results. Beside that, the studio is located in a calm and beautiful spot of the Emirates Golf club.

After complications with surgery, my physiotherapist recommended Jeanique's classic pilates classes to help my rehabilitation. After 18 months of classes, I feel Pilates has helped my recovery - I am stronger, more flexible and healthier. What I like about Jeanique's classes is her in-depth Pilates knowledge and experience, individual attention, small classes (no more than 4 people maximum) and the continuity of classical Pilates.

Joining Jeanique's Pilates studio was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel great, have more energy, and no longer complain about those post-baby aches and pains.
