Read my email i wrote to send it to them, but couldn't send it as simply there website is not very well developed: I AM NOT SURE THAT I WILL GET A REPLY BY SENDING AN EMAIL AS I GAVE UP CALLING YOUR BRANCH IN AL BARSHA. SIMPLY I NEED TO TRANSFER MY REMAINING PT CLASSES AND THE 2 SESSIONS FREE TRAINING I'VE GOT WHEN I RENEWED LAST SEPTEMBER FROM AL BARSHA MALL TO ALWAHDA MALL BRUNCH AS I MOVED THERE AND TRAINING THERE NOW. NOT SURE WHY THIS IS TAKING ALL THIS TIME? RECEPTION I AL BARSHA MALL: - WILL DO IT TO DAY = NOTHING HAPPEN SINCE LAST WEEK - I WILL CALL YOU AFTER 10 MINUTES (DONA) = NO CALL BACK - SPEAK TO THE PERSONAL TRAINER = WHY DO I HAVE TO? I BOUGHT THE PACKAGE FROM THE GYM NOT FROM A PERSON -GUESS WHAT = I EVEN SPOKE TO THE PERSONAL TRAINER AND AGAIN NOTHING HAPPEN PLEASE BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AS THERE ARE MANY GYM’S IN THE AREA, I'M A 4 YEARS OLD CUSTOMER AND EXPECTING TO SEE A DEVELOPMENT IN YOUR GYM, BUT SO FAR, YOUR SERVICE IS DOWNGRADING ALWAYS. I feel like they only care about their customers in the beginning just so you can register. I was supposed to have an appointment with a personal trainer she didn't even come and No one informed me from the reception I tried to speak to the manager but they kept telling me that he's not here and the other time they would tell me he's here, then after half an hour another lady assisted me and she was really good

They need to improve their overall management.. Trainers need to get more involved with the club's members and manage their distribution across the gym. good equipment, freindly receptionists.. however the above ones affect my overall experience... For me I won't renew my annual membership considering the above factors (club management)
