I have been a member for one year, but unfortunately the overall staff service is disappointing. Most staff are not friendly, welcoming, or even say simple words such as “thank you". The only staff member who consistently provides assistance and good service is the Chinese uncle, who is always helpful and approachable. I hope the management can improve staff attitude and customer service in the future. Additionally, the water filter located upstairs does not seem to be properly serviced. The water flow is extremely slow, and it takes a very long time just to fill one cup. This should be looked into, as it affects members’ convenience.
Good gym High class equipment but.. they don't turn the On the aircond due to some.customers dont want it...its unfair..we paid the same amount..
