I’m so glad the PG/ Monterey community has the studio! PFY is a welcoming and clean space to practice multiple styles of yoga and mat pilates. There is something for everyone. I love the instructors- they are knowledgeable and make exercise safe and fun. The membership tiers allow for time and financial flexibility. So lucky to have this in the neighborhood!
I started going to this studio in February and it’s been a staple in my life ever since! Each instructor has their own style and flow which I love, because who doesn’t like variety? Hot may Pilates is one of my favorite classes and Stephanie, Mackenzie, Maria and Gabby are my favorite instructors. Check it out! You will NOT be disappointed!

I absolutely love Pacific Flow! I’ve been coming to classes since they opened and I appreciate how diverse the studio is. Every teacher has their own unique style and it makes it such a special experience to be apart of. It’s nice to have a variety of classes that can cater to everyone whether you are a beginner in yoga or curious about Pilates you’ll feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. I also love that they partner with Surfrider Foundation and do free yoga on the beach before a beach clean up. 10/10
