The coach, although ...... is paid extra for the 1 to 1 session. He does not take care of us individually;) At least Alexander didn't take care of me, even though I had paid 300 euros. To enjoy the individual sessions .And barely respond to messages if you want to set the new session. And diets are given by ear, I don't give you any options. Very nasty! I was very unhappy with the experience and the money thrown in the wind :) Personally I was disappointed! Good luck!
