I have recommended Christine as a personal coach from a friend and I am very grateful to her. For a long time I have been looking for a way to make myself physically fitter, but also to find a certain balance for me. A gym was out of the question for me. I've tried a few, but I just feel like on the show plate. Yoga was new territory for me and in the beginning I was not sure if that was anything for me at all. With Christine I got a great start. You can tell immediately that she knows what she's talking about. She has wonderfully adapted to my needs. I feel like a substitute after three months. My flexibility is significantly better, I feel more balanced and I even lost weight. I would not have thought that. And what is very pleasant, she comes to my house. Once a week she is with me and the rest of the week I'm on my own. Just great. I can only recommend it, try it out ;-)
