I had a fantastic experience at Meridian! The facility is top-notch, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Len was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. As someone with limited German, I really appreciated how well he assisted me in English — it made everything so much easier. His patience and friendliness truly made my visit great. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
I am absolutely blown away by the recent renovations at the club! The long wait was definitely worth it, especially with the stunning new showers in the women’s area. They are modern, spacious, and so refreshing after a good workout. I’m so happy with the upgrades! :) Katia, such a friendly and attentive team member. 5 stars to all! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'm passing through Hamburg and wanted to have a relaxing day. Meridian was recommended to me, I went, and I had a very good experience. You can even swim! Furthermore, the employee who assisted me, named Irene, was very efficient, as well as helpful and friendly. She was very clear in explaining the rules and with her kind instructions, she helped me have a great time. The sauna was something new for me and she made it an extremely pleasant experience. I will be back!
I have been training here so long almost 3 years this gym started 134€ and after years suck my money 150€ per month without telling anything took money from my Bank account I feeling been robbed, be careful if you be a membership here check your Bank make sure they don’t sucking your money.
The worst gym I have ever been! Rude receptionists, no value for money. If you go at 6:30 in the morning, you can literally work for the gym putting all the equipment back to their place, since the gym gear is everywhere. The PTs who walk, don‘t care about the equipment being all over the place. I wrote to the management several times, no responses. Apparently they don‘t care.
