I discovered Earth Touch Yoga earlier this year, and I am so glad I did. Beverly is a wonderful yoga instructor, and while her classes are labeled "gentle yoga", I still leave after the 75 minute class feeling both relaxed and restored, while also energized as I had a thorough "workout". She creates such a comfortable space in her studio, and others of all ages attend her classes. Her calm, skilled, and knowledgeable presence is a gift to all who take her classes. Definitely a hidden gem!
This is a great class for all levels. Beverly is a wonderful instructor who is skilled in the art of "gentle" yoga. Everyone just flows at their own pace, no judgement here! I leave there feeling calm and energized every time. Thank you, Beverly!
