The Gymnasium Chorley

Gyms can be daunting and some can make you feel out of place. Not this gym, everyone is friendly and helpful, Ant, Dean, Rob and Yvonne push you when you need it helping you to feel confident and able. Every class is different just as you think I've got this one they some how make the sessions harder but you do it and although you're dying the feeling of getting through is amazing and you dont think you're getting fitter because of this but you are. Even the lockdown home workouts continued to be just as hard and varied. I can write so much more but you need to walk through the door to experience the 5 stars given.

Amazing online classes and members page which has encouraged me to complete a 6 week challenge during lockdown! A great group of people who are so inspiring and encouraging. I've loved it and achieved so much. I've gained new ideas for meal planning, more confidence, I know believe in myself and my motivation is through the roof! Thanks gymnasium sign me up 😃💪🙌🏽

The best gym around! I used to walk past every day and always wanted to go in, I'm so glad I eventually did. I found a love for exercise that I never knew I had and met the nicest bunch of people. Ant & Dean can't do enough for you and the classes are always different which keeps it interesting. Best decision I made joining as a member.
