Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Chodzę na siłownię na Światowida regularnie od końca lutego, więc mam już sporo spostrzeżeń. Personel siłowni zarówno na recepcji jak i Panie trenerki widać, że robią tam ogromną robotę. Sama nie korzystam z treningów personalnych, ale często obserwuje jak wygląda atmosfera podczas nich i jak są prowadzone, widać gołym okiem, że to po prostu pełna braku oceny relacja. Nie chodzę w godzinach szczytu ćwiczyć, bo zdecydowanie się wtedy nie odnajduje, ale przed południem i wieczorami, więc jeśli ktoś lubi kiedy jest więcej przestrzeni to zdecydowanie wtedy polecam. Dodatkowo warto podkreślić, że naprawdę cenię sobie tą kobiecą atmosferę i społeczność, która korzysta z siłowni, naprawdę w wiekszosci kobietki, które korzystają, dezynfekują po sobie miejsce, korzystają z ręcznika i odkładają sprzęt tam gdzie powinien być. Na ten moment nie wyobrażam sobie zmieniać tego miejsca na inne. Super robota ! 🩷
Really enjoyed the class for pregnant women :)
Ran into some issues in the beginning but no complaints now. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with hygiene products which is really thoughtful. The weight training area is limited but if you don't go in peak hours it's no issue. Would be great if one more weight rack could be added because there is only one per set and mostly you have to wait to use it if you go in the evenings. I really hope the boxing classes are introduced again. Ballet fitness class was great. The instructor is very friendly.
Decent gym but the staff seems to be pretty lost and doesn't know jack about their own services. The first time I went I was asked to pay for the membership plus one time membership fee. I asked if that's all and if I can attend classes and they said yes, no other fee. The lady said I will get an email about my account and I can sign up for group classes. I got no email. I asked at the reception next day to fix it. They said they will. No one did anything. Made another call and was told I can do it on the app myself. Wanted to sign up for a class and then I get told I have to pay 20 PLN more and it's one time. Will be refunded if I attend but will stay on my app. If I don't attend I lose the money. Again, brand new info, no one told me about this system before. The timings were changed during Majówka but other than a poster on the door of the gym, they didn't send any information about that on email/text. I've paid for a yearly membership so now I can't do anything about it. But I do not recommend given the poor customer service and very clueless staff. Update : 5 weeks since I joined and still you never have anyone for the promised weight and measurements check. Even a regular weighing machine is not available. Took weeks to get one consult on Sunday and then it was cancelled 2 hours before. Requested it again and now "all trainers are on vacation". Language barrier is an excuse. Everyone can use a translator.
