Actic Fitness im Badezentrum Ringallee Gießen

Basically, I always train outside with my own weight. Because of an injury, I went to the Actic. My impression: -> Staff take time for the training plan and control of the exercises. -> Is helpful and friendly. -> Studio is clean and makes a good impression overall. -> Staff is always active, cleans and tidies up. -> The studio manager is very accommodating. Compared to a run-of-the-mill studio, the contribution is of course higher, but at the same time this is clearly reflected in the quality of the staff and the studio. I can judge that through trial training in other studios. Thanks to a campaign I was even able to train here for free. In summary, I am more than satisfied with the Actic! :-). A really great studio. The only improvement wish: the student discount without age restriction. So dear Actic employees in Giessen: Keep up the good work !! :-) ("And always have a nice laugh!" ... an insider)

Super studio, signed me up, as the swimming pool can be shared, but I'm more in the studio now than in the pool: D Great team who work out one, a top plan and always have an alternative, if something does not work so well. The courses are versatile and there is something for everyone. It's just not overcrowded, which I personally find very good, because you also get to the devices 💪 All in all, I'm super satisfied that I chose this studio 👌

Great gym! The trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful and always available for questions. At the first appointment, a training plan tailored to individual needs is prepared, which is checked at regular intervals. The devices are very high quality. In addition to the equipment, there is a free-weight area and a comprehensive range of courses. The entrance to the swimming pool is also included. I feel very well here and can only recommend it!
