I've been going to Saint Michel studio for a few months now and I absolutely adore ! Never did the same class twice. Exercises are very varied and the instructors really attention to details to make sure you do your exercises correctly and in a safe way ! I had a horrible hernia last year and this has been a big part of my healing. Haven't felt a back pain in a long time !
