Awesome place! I've been working out there on and off since 2009 and Andy is extremely helpful. If you're willing to work for it this is the place to meet your goals.
I'm starting week 6 of the Elite Body Boot Camp and have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and rigor of the circuit routines. Andy and Taylor mix up the workouts and push you to do more than you think you can do! The great thing is that new people can join in at anytime and start their journey to better health and fitness. I've tried working out on my own with minimal success. When you invest in something,there is accountability to show up, and you are determined then that is a recipe for good results. I highly recommend this facility!! My wife and children also train here and I agree that Andy is genuinely interested in the success of his athletes that train with him.
