Profesjonalne podejście do klienta, pełne zaangażowanie i ogromna wiedza sprawiają, że już po pierwszych treningach czułem się świetnie, a uzyskane efekty przewyższyły moje oczekiwania. Mimo dawnej kontuzji kolana, Pani Magda idealnie dobrała zestaw ćwiczeń, dzięki czemu wzmocniłem kolano i teraz mogę biegać bez obaw o odnowienie kontuzji, jak to miało miejsce zanim trafiłem do Movimento. Polecam również zajęcia grupowe, które także miały bardzo duży wpływ na moje ciało. Dzięki nim szybko wróciłem do dawnej formy.
